Karachi: Pakistani cricketer Danish Kaneria has filed a writ petition in the Sindh High Court against the Pakistan Cricket Board.
According to a report the leg-spinner filed the petition in the SHC through his lawyer Naseem, stating that the PCB did not issue clearance certificate to him despite he has been cleared of match fixing charges.
The petition noted that PCB’s selectors had been continuously ignoring Danish despite he was fit to perform.
The SHC accepting the petition for hearing fixed July 4 for hearing.
