Multan: Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf Imran Khan has said the current ruling party in Pakistan has taken foreign loans of sixty years within three year.
In the inaugural procession of PTI’s ‘Remove government and save Pakistan’ campaign, he said that more than 50 percent people in Pakistan were surviving under the poverty line.
Khan said that corruption could not be ended from the country without accountability. Unemployment and poverty are on the rise in Pakistan, he added.
He said Pakistan would default on its foreign obligations if it did not end participating in the so-called war on terror .
“I have been crying for seven years that give me permission for dialogue with my people and, I am still ready for peace negotiations with militants,” Khan said.
Pakistan would be wealthier “if we just maintained justice in the country,” he said. He added that oversees Pakistanis were the biggest assets of the country.
“I have already said that war is not the solution of the problems. We are killing our own people in the so-called war on terror.”
Khan said PTI would make government in Pakistan in the next general election.
He condemned the loss of lives in Karachi and said that innocent people were being killed in Pakistan’s financial hub on daily basis, but law enforcement agencies seemed powerless.
The PTI chairman said Pakistan Peoples’ Party and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s time is over.
