Bangkok: Pakistan will defend its Junior Asia Cup title which begins in Singapore from today (Friday).
Nine Asian teams will participate in the 10-day event, which kicks off today. Teams from Pakistan, South Korea, Malaysia, China, Sri Lanka, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore are participating in the tournament.
Defending champions Pakistan has been placed in Pool A and will play its opening match against Brunei on June 19. The green shirts will face Indonesia in their second match on June 20. They will play their third match against Singapore on June 23 and last pool match against Kazakhstan on June 24.
The poll B consists of China, South Korea, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.
