Quetta: The judicial tribunal to probe into Kharotabad incident headed by Balochistan High Court Judge Justice Muhammad Hashim visited the site where the five Chechens, including three women were killed on May 17 by the police and the Frontier Constabulary (FC).
The commission questioned the police and FC officials on the spot and observed the crime scene.Justice Hashim also convened CCPO police to the spot and interrogated him regarding the case.
The police and the Frontier Constabulary gunned down the five unarmed Chechens at the FC check post despite the foreigners had been offering their arrest since their  death by raising their hands in the air.
The Balochistan government constituted the judicial tribunal to probe into the incident that led to killing of five Chechen nationals; including three women one of them was found 7-month pregnant in autopsy report.
The tribunal will produce its report to the provincial government after thorough investigation.
Police Surgeon Bolan Medical Complex Doctor Baqar Ali Shah told media that bodies of the deceased were still kept in the Bolan Medical College and no body contracted to take custody.
According to the autopsy report main cause of the death was bullet injuries, a fact contrary to police claim that one of the women had blew her up by a hand grenade.
