Kandahar: At least 10 people were killed and more than 30 others injured on Tuesday when a roadside bomb went off in Afghanistan’s southern Kandahar province.
“As many as 10 killed and 32 injured people were admitted to provincial hospital in Kandahar city Tuesday morning,” a health official in Kandahar hospital told Xinhua.
The death toll could rise, as many injured remain in critical conditions.
The blast was a roadside bombing that targeted a vehicle carrying workers of a development project in Panjwayi district at around 9:30 am local time, a police officer in the district told Xinhua.
