Rawalpindi: Pakistan has lodged a strong protest over NATO’s border incursion in which two security personnel were injured on Tuesday.
Pakistan army protest has come in response to a NATO helicopter attack in Datta Khel, North Waziristan, tribal area near Pakistan-Afghanistan border. Pakistan army has demanded a flag meeting over the border incursion.
Earlier, Pakistan’s Opposition Leader Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan demanded federal government and Pakistan military that implement the unanimous resolution passed by parliament of Pakistan regarding drone attacks. He said drone attacks in Pakistan during US Senator John Kerry’s visit to Pakistan was a slapped on Pakistan.
It is worth mentioning here that Parliament of Pakistan on Friday approved a unanimous resolution, which decided that US drone strike and violation of Pakistani airspace would not be tolerated in the future.
