Caribbean captain Darren Sammy won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 150 run for the lost of seven wickets in allotted 20 overs. Opener Lendi Simmons scored 65 runs while Darren Bravo scored 42 runs.
Abdur Rehman, Saeed Ajmal and Wahab Riaz shared two wickets each, while new seamer Junaid Khan went 15 runs in two overs but failed to pick up any wicket.
