Kunduz: At least 33 people were killed and several injured in a blast on army recruitment centre in Kunduz city in northern Afghanistan on Monday, an official said.
“The blast, apparently a suicide attack, targeted the recruitment center of army in Kunduz city the capital of Kunduz province at around 02:00 p.m. local time,” the official told.
The official requesting anonymity said that the blast left 20 people including three Afghan soldiers’ dead and seven others injured.
He also noted that authorized officials would provide details to media after completion of the investigation.
