Washington: US Director General National Intelligence, James Clapper has warned that Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi has no intention to leave the government.

Clapper said Gaddafi is using delaying tactics to extend his rule. He said Libyan Air Force, Raider and Missile System are very dangerous.
Secretary of States Hilary Clinton in her statement said that the US is afraid of chemical weapons in the custody of Gaddafi government.
On the other hand, France recognised Libyan rebels backed National Libyan Council (NLC).
Meanwhile, US administration has said that European Union countries should also follow the France.
However Italy and Spain have said they will not take a similar step until European Union members are not reached to a consensus on the issue.
EU foreign ministers will also hold talks in Brussels, ahead of a European Council summit on Friday.
In Fresh violence on Thursday, government planes bombed the central oil port Ras Lanuf, killing at least four and leaving 35 others injured.
