Islamabad: Prime Minister Yusaf Raza Gilani on Monday said that his government would not take any step against the national interest.
Talking to reporters here he said that Pakistan has differed with the US on principles, adding that his government has adopted a tough stance on the Davis issue.

He said that his government was against the US drone strikes in Pakistani territories as these attacks are counter-productive
Replying a question about former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, the premier said that he was very much part of the party.
