Lahore: Senior Superintended of Police (SSP) Civil Lines on Tuesday visited the US Consulate and demanded of the authorities to handover the officials those who crushed Ibadur Reham to death on Jan 27.
The consulate officials refused to meet the demand saying that they have not been contacted by Pakistan’s federal government in this regard.
However, the SPP refused to share his views with the media. The US Consulate had already refused police to handover the officials responsible of killing Ibad.
The Lahore High Court had directed Punjab police to arrest the accused and impound the car.
It is to mention here that Raymond Davis, 37, a US national shot dead two Pakistanis Faizan and Faheem on a busy road in Lahore while Ibad was ran over by a car that come to help Davis after the shooting incident.
