Peshawar: Unmanned United States drones fired two missiles in Miran Shah, in north Pakistan, on Monday evening, killing at least nine people and injuring three others, sources said.
The sources said that the US drones fired two missiles on a house. As a result, at least nine people died on the spot and three others were wounded. The death toll may rise, said sources.
This was the second drone attack within 24 hours in the tribal areas of Pakistan after the arrest of Raymond Davis, an alleged CIA agent and accused of killing two Pakistanis in Lahore on January 27.
