Kabul: At least eight people were killed, including two policemen, and another 30 injured in the eastern Afghan city of Khost when a suicide bomber rammed his explosive laden car with a check point on Friday.
The police chief of Khost said that the incident took place inside the city.The dead and injured was shifted to a nearby hospital.
Hospital sources said that 30 people mostly civilians were injured in the incident Police sources said that adjacent houses and shops in the area were damaged in the blast.
