Karachi: At least two people were injured when blast exploded near railway tracks in Karachi, Hyderabad and Nawabshah in Sindh, a southern province of Pakistan, disrupting train service, on early Friday morning.
Two blasts took place near Baloch Colony railway track in Karachi, leaving two people injured. The identities of the injured were yet to be ascertained.
Railway tracks were also blown up in two bomb blasts near the Hussainabad area in Hyderabad and the explosion in Nawabshah occurred between the Nawaz Dahri and Sarhari Railway stations.
The blasts have also damaged the railway track and railway service was suspended and all the trains were stopped at Cantt and City railway stations.
The injured were rushed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center for treatment.
Police and rangers cordoned off the area and started interrogation into the case.
Later on, the train service was restored after the clarification of security agencies.
