Lahore: The Lahore High Court(LHC) on Monday asked the Punjab and federal governments to submit their response till February 1 on a petition against repatriation of US citizen Raymond Davis who killed two Pakistanis in Lahore last week.
Petitioner Barrister Iqbal Jaffery has contended that the accused was responsible of killing three Pakistanis while the government was planning to hand over Davis to the US.He prayed that the accused should be penalised for his crime canceling diplomatic immunity.
The bench headed by Chief Justice Ejaz Chaudhry has sought response from the Punjab and the federal governments.
