London: Pakistan origin British boxer Amir Khan has been declared “British boxer of the year”.
The world’s oldest boxing magazine has described Amir Khan as “best boxer of 2010”.
Hailing from Bolton, the 24-year-old boxer began the year 2010 by defeating former world champion Paulie Malignaggi and ended the year by defending his title with win against Marks Marcos Maidana of Argentine.
Khan said that he is very happy to achieve this award and dedicated it to his parents and fans.
