New Delhi: Dense fog has disrupted rail, road and air traffic in New Delhi, forcing over 75 flights to remain on ground at the capital city’s airport.
Sources said that thousands of passengers were stranded at different railway stations and airports, adding the fog had completely blanketed the Indian capital leading to zero visibility.
“When we left our home for airport there was huge traffic jam on the roads and now we have stranded here” said a passenger.
More than 40 trains were also delayed due to the fog.
