London: Prime Minister Pakistan Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has made it clear to US that drone strikes were counter-productive and unacceptable.
While giving an interview to British Broadcasting (BBC) on Thursday during his visits to London, PM Gilani said that America and other countries of the world should accept sacrifices rendered by Pakistan’s security force and people in war against terror. He said that Pakistan wants to enter Americans in visa system.
He informed that Pakistan’s Inter-Service Intelligence played very important role to arrest most wanted personalities.
The PM said that Secretary of State Hilary Clinton assured that America would not carry out any unilateral raid inside Pakistan.
It is pertinent to mention here that ties between Pakistan and the US has reached on very critical stage and political and military leadership from both the sides were continuously trying to reduce tension, generated by the US raid in Abottabad on May 02 that led to the death of Osama bin Laden.
