Karachi: Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon on Friday has said that the killing of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) four workers is very unfortunate and it will be investigated but for this purpose the MQM has to provide evidences regarding involvement of security agencies in the killings.
While giving speech in the Sindh Assembly, he said that the Sindh government has discussed the matter when the MQM leadership informed us regarding the kidnapping of its workers on April 13.
But the security agencies have categorically denied regarding their involvement in the killing, Memon added.
He advised the MQM leadership to nominate three member of its party for a committee and register an FIR against the culprits with the evidence
Memon has said that he is ready to organize a meeting between the DG Rangers, Police chief and the MQM leadership to resolve the problem.
At the end of today;s hearing, Sindh Assembly has passed a resolution against the killing of four workers of the MQM.
