KARACHI: Two different resolutions have been passed unanimously in Sindh Assembly on Tuesday regarding solidarity to Pakistan army and against electricity load shedding in the province, respectively.
Sindh Assembly today’s session has been held in the chair of Deputy Speaker Shahla Raza.
Opposition leader in the assembly and senior member of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Faisal Sabzwari presented a resolution to condemn attack on mosques, imambargahs, non Muslims worship places.
The resolution said that the parliament, Taliban and Pakistan could not go together and the parliament demanded to take action against Taliban and they were dealt with the procedure agreed by whole nation of the country.
Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon has agreeed with the resolution presented by MQM and said that the Taliban were not supposed to be humans.
He said nation must removed fear of Taliban from their hearts and he believed that brutal Taliban would be end soon.
Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML N) member assembly Irfan Ullah Marwat said government wanted to start talks with Taliban but not received positive reply by them. There was no choice left except operation against Taliban, Marwat said.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf member Khurram Sher Zaman said operation should also be initiated against all the parties involved in terrorism.
Earlier Senior Minister for Education Nisar Khoro Said presented a resolution against load shedding in Sindh which was also passed unanimously which said government of Sindh informed federal government about un announced load shedding in the province.
