LAHORE: The Secretary Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Nargis Sethi, has visited Lahore International Airport on Friday (today) in order to examines provision of facilities to the passengers by PIA staff.
The secretary has continued visits to make significant improvement in the ruined matters on Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) controlled airports.
Nargis Sethi visited Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore today, reviewed facilities being provided to the passenger while senior officials from the management were also present on the event.
The officials provided briefing to Nargis Sethi pertaining facilities which are being given to the passengers using national airlines services as well as told her for arrival and departure schedules, sources said.
The Secretary CAA ordered the authorities for continuation of international counters in accordance to the numbers of passengers for their facilitation.
Earlier, Sethi paid unscheduled visit to Islamabad airport on September 8 (Sunday) and observed non-availability of the employees at the Benazir International Airport Islamabad.
While on yesterday, she took action against the cancellation of an overseas flight and directed the management to facilitate passengers by the accurate details of flights timings or even about variation and cancellation.
