KARACHI: The investigative report on 19,000 theft containers case, alleging a former federal minister’s involvement in it, has been filed in the Supreme Court as the mystery is likely to resolved in few days.
The apex court of the country has set up a one-member bench comprising Ramzan Bhatti to look into the matter.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) former federal shipping minister Babar Khan Ghauri has denied any linkage with the stealing of containers.
The Director General of Rangers of the southern province of Sindh has told the court that 19,000 containers filled with arms have been disappeared after reaching the Karachi, The News Tribe correspondent from Karachi added.
