Peshawar: Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility of the deadly attack on Awami National Party (ANP) IN Peshawar, a metropolitan of Pakistan.
At least nine people including policemen were killed and 40 others injured after a suicide bomber hit the ANP rally in Peshawar.
Speaking from an undisclosed location, the TTP Spokesperson told media that they have targeted the rally and they would continue to target the ANP leadership.
The Pakistani Taliban had earlier warned of and conducted attacks against what it calls as ‘secular parties’ including the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and ANP.
