Cape Town: South African cricket team will tour Netherlands in May in preparation for the 2013 Champions Trophy to be played in England and Wales during June.
Cricket Netherlands (KNCB) on Wednesday announced that following negotiations with Cricket South Africa (CSA) the Proteas will be touring the Netherlands in May.
As part of the schedule the squad of 26 players and officials will spend time in Holland from May 26 to June 1. During the preparation period KNCB and CSA will provide team-building activities as well as three days of cricket preparation.
However, the highlight of the trip will be a One-Day International to be played on Friday, May 31 at the ABN AMRO International Cricket Centre (VRA) at Amstelveen.
