Islamabad: Chairman of National Vocational and Technical Training Commission Muhammad Mumtaz Kahloo said that Pakistan could raise national income from $ 13 to $ 50 billion through exporting manpower to Europe.
“Pakistan is a gold mine of youth who needs to be trained and polished,” Kahloo said in an interview.

He was of the view that special attention needs to be given to fields of education and manpower in the country.
“ NVTTC has so far trained 0.13 million people yet and another 20 to 25 thousand people are being trained.”
