Former Prime Minister and leader of Pakistan Muslim League-N, Nawaz Sharif, will leave for China tonight on a four-day visit.
According to sources, Nawaz Sharif is traveling to China tonight for a private visit to undergo medical check-ups. During his visit to China, Nawaz Sharif will also meet with leaders of the Communist Party of China, and his itinerary includes discussions on development projects in Punjab.
The trip, described as strategically significant, aims to bolster the bilateral ties between Pakistan and China, focusing on exploring new avenues for cooperation across various sectors. Nawaz Sharif’s delegation will include close personal friends and is likely to be joined by Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
Sources indicate that Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and close friends of Nawaz Sharif will accompany him on this trip.
