When will the Moon of Eid be Sighted? Meteorological Department Predicts

Karachi: The Meteorological Department has forecasted that the Shawwal moon may be sighted in Pakistan on April 9th.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of clear weather prevailing over most parts of Pakistan on April 9th, although clouds may persist in northern regions.

The Meteorological Department has stated that the birth of the Shawwal moon will occur on the night of April 8th at 11:21 PM.

The Meteorological Department has mentioned that on April 9th, the age of the Shawwal moon will be between 19 to 20 hours. The duration of moon sighting after sunset will be more than 50 minutes, which increases the chances of sighting the Shawwal moon on April 9th.
