OGRA Reduces Price of LNG

Islamabad: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has reduced the price of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) by 1.21 dollars per MMBTU (Million British Thermal Units).

According to OGRA, the price of LNG for January has been announced, with LNG priced at 1.13 dollars per MMBTU for the Sui Northern Gas Company, while for the Sui Southern Gas Company, the price has been set at 1.21 dollars per MMBTU for January.

As per OGRA, the Sui Northern system now sets the LNG price at $13.68 per MMBTU, while the Sui Southern system establishes it at $14.24 per MMBTU.

OGRA stated that there has been a reduction in LNG prices compared to December and these new rates are for January only.
