Occupied Jerusalem: Following the Zionist state’s threat of a surprise attack, Israeli forces suddenly bombarded a hospital in Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of at least 800 Palestinians and countless injuries.
According to international news agencies, the Israeli Air Force carried out a sudden airstrike on the Al-Ahli Baptist hospital in the besieged Gaza Strip. This attack occurred at a time when the hospital was already receiving patients, including both the injured and the deceased, due to the ongoing bombings in Gaza over the past several days.
Officials from the Palestinian Ministry of Health initially confirmed that the number of Palestinians killed in the Israeli airstrike was at least 500. However, later reports suggest that the number of casualties has exceeded 800.
Reports indicate that Israeli occupying forces have also targeted a school operating under the patronage of the United Nations in Gaza, which was providing shelter to displaced individuals.
On the other hand, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has declared a three-day period of mourning for Gaza following the aerial bombing of the makeshift hospital.
Furthermore, Hamas has categorized the Israeli attack on the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital as a war crime.
On the international front, countries including Pakistan have strongly condemned the sudden and intense bombing by Israeli forces on Gaza, particularly on hospitals and other areas. They have urged an immediate end to the siege of Gaza and the cycle of attacks.
