Islamabad: Additional gas reserves have been discovered in Sindh.
According to a Private TV channel’s report, Mari Petroleum has discovered more gas reserves in Sindh. The official statement released in this regard states that the newly discovered gas reserves are located in the Ghotki area of Sindh.
According to the report, the initial estimates suggest that these newly discovered reserves will yield approximately 11.1 million cubic feet of gas.
Mari Petroleum had dug a well 1,016 meters deep in search of oil and gas, and the discovery of these reserves followed this drilling operation.
