Sanam Javaid has been in custody since her arrest, and in accordance with anti-terrorism laws, a formal charge should have been filed within a specified timeframe, which was not met in this case.
The court’s decision underscores that Sanam Javaid’s involvement appears distinct from that of her co-accused. Consequently, the situation warrants further investigation. The court has ruled in favor of granting bail following her arrest.
The accused individuals include Sanam Javaid, Shah Bano, Afshan Tariq, Rubina Jameel, and Ashima Shuja.
