Siraj ul Haq Contacts Dr. Zakir Naik, Invites Him to Visit Pakistan

Lahore: Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Siraj ul Haq, contacted renowned religious scholar Dr. Zakir Naik via telephone and extended an invitation to him to visit Pakistan.

Both individuals engaged in discussions about Islamophobia, challenges facing the Muslim Ummah, unity among Muslim nations, and mutual interests. The Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami expressed that the leaders of Islamic countries should promote the true essence of Islam within their respective nations to address the challenges posed by Islamophobia in the world.

He emphasized that recent incidents in the West, such as targeting Islamic symbols, veiled women, and Muslims, have deeply wounded the hearts of the entire Ummah. The governments of Western countries should play a role in curbing Islamophobia

Amir of Jamaat and Dr. Zakir Naik agreed that Islam teaches peace and brotherhood and is the sole means for the success of all humanity. They stated that the Muslim Ummah should resolve minor differences for the greater good of unity and harmony.
