LAHORE: Director with a Chinese company working in Pakistan, Javed Sadiq has denied allegations of Imran Khan, Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) about him being front man of Punjab government.
In an exclusively brief talk with Dunya News, Javed Sadiq brushed off all the allegations by saying that Khan’s knowledge about him was wrong.
Sadiq said in the statment that the allegations leveled against him by Khan earlier day were untrue as according to him, Punjab government never reached an understanding with him over tender of development projects.
He went on record to assert that Arfa Karim Information Technology (IT) Tower’s tender was granted to him in Pervez Elahi’s tenure and Islamabad airport’s contract by the government of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).
Sadiq further said that another two projects were related to China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Earlier during the day, Imran Khan had alleged Sadiq of working as “front man” of Chief Minister of Punjab, Shehbaz Sharif who will be walking off with around Rs 26 billion as commission through different projects.
