KARACHI: In the court case against Muttahida Qaumi Movement Chief Altaf Hussain and around thirty other leaders of MQM have been reissued by the court. Police has been ordered to arrest the said leaders and present them in the court by April 16, 2016.
A constitution petition is under hearing in an Anti Terrorism Court in Karachi over hate speeches by various MQM leaders including Faoorq Sattar, Salman Mujahid Baloch, Khalid Maqbool, Nasreen Jalil, Faisal Sabzwari, Waseem Akhtar, Rauf Siddiqui and others.

MQM leaders were not present in the court therefore the court issues a second warrant of arrest for all the said leaders nominated in the court and ordered the police to make sure that the defendants are arrested and presented before the court by April 16.
Non bailable warrants of the same leaders were issued last month however none of the leaders have been arrested so far, court has issued a second arrest warrant strictly ordering an arrest.
