CHARSADDA: At least two huge Blasts on Wednesday have been heard after heavy gunfire in Bacha Khan University in Charsadda, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
Initial reports say that at least four gunmen have entered the university premises.
Elite force and Pakistan army’s quick response force have been summoned to the university site, as police continue gun-battle with terrorists.
Rescue teams have reached tye site in no time and 5 injured security gards have been shifted to the District Headquarters Charsadda, more injuries are expected.
All the entering and exit points of university have been sealed.
All hospitals in Charsadda have been put to emergency.
University administration said that a group of armed men entered the premises from a guest house located close to an entry gate. The guest house also carried a compound which was used by female students.
University’s Vice Chancellor has said that none of the students and teachers was injured or killed in the terrorist attack so far.
