QUETTA: Anti-Terrorism Court Quetta on Monday has acquitted former President Parvez Musharraf from Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
Head of Qaumi Watan Party, Aftab Sher Pao and Shoaib Nosherwani has also been freed along with Musharraf in this case.
On the same occasion Jamil Akbar Bugti, son of Nawab Akbar Bugti, has announced to challenge this verdict and will ever forgive murderers of his father.
While talking to media lawyer of Jamil Akbar Bugti said that they are not satisfied with the decision and they will move to Balochistan High Court for justice.
Earlier a month ago Jamil Akbar Bugti claimed that former President of Pakistan General (Rtd) Pevez Musharraf is seeking for forgiveness over Akbar Bugti muder case, which Musharraf denied the same day and said that he has not asked anyone for forgiveness.
Nawab Bugti, who was born in 1927, was a former chief minister of Balochistan. The chief of the Bugti tribe went underground and joined militants who had been waging an armed insurgency for a long time.
Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti was killed in the operation along with some family members way back in 2006.
