ATC awards Ibrar Hussain imprisonment of 38 years for keeping explosive material

RAWALPINDI: Anti-terrorist Court on Tuesday awarded 35-year imprisonment for keeping explosive material, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

On May 31, 2015,  police seized huge quantity of explosive material and arrested Ibarar Hussain during raid on godown of a fireworks factory.

The police on a tip-off launched crackdown at fireworks factory’s godown located in Samanabad area of Chakwal. During operation 122 kilogram of explosives were seized and an accused was arrested while others managed to escape.

The police took the recovered explosives into possession and shifted the nabbed accused to police station where he was interrogated further.
