LAHORE: Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shehryar Khan on Thursday will contact for the last time to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to get final decision on the controversial Pakistan India series.
According to details, PCB chief will inform all the details in the expected press conference today.
Sources have told that contact will be made to know the final decision for the last time and then there will be no more discussion on the series.
Earlier Yesterday Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board showed disappointment over ignoring issue of Pakistan India series during meeting between Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif and Indian Minister for External Affiars Sushma Swaraj in Islamabad.
He also said that now PCB do not have time to organise Pakistan India series due to upcoming tour to New Zealand. Chairman PCB said that Government of Pakistan gave green signal to board to play the series in Sri Lanka but Indian government step back.
On the other hand, some media reports claimed that issue of bilateral cricket series was discussed in meeting between Indian FM and Sartaj Aziz.
