MUMBAI: Indian media claimed that Government of India on Tuesday gave green signal to Pakistan India cricket series.
News of Pakistan-India series surfaced in Indian media as Indian Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj arrived in Pakistan and attended the dinner.
Indian media reported that three ODIs and two Twenty20 matches will be played between Pakistan and India.
According to media reports, Pakistan-India series will start from December 24 till January 5 2016. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said that if series begin after the scheduled date then it will impossible to play the complete series.
Sources told that if series will play after scheduled date then only three One Day International (ODI) will be played between two countries.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is especially vulnerable to an attack from activists similar to when the Shiv Sena recently stormed the BCCI headquarters before expected talks between the two nations.
