LAHORE:  Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced Twenty20 squad for mighty series against England, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

Chairman PCB proved the T20 squad for series against England in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Earlier, selection committee sent the final squad list to Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shehryar Khan.

Pakistan’s talented batsman Umar Akaml who has been in and out of the team for last two years, was include in initial T20 squad. But Akmal has been in and out of the team for last t Two years due to his inconsistent performance and bad behavior.

Chief Selector Haroon Rasheed also confirmed the news that he was finallised for the 15-men squad but was dropped after PCB chairman after PCB chairman ordered.

Umar, who plays from SNGPL, was in Hyderabad for Quaid-e-Azam Trophy match against Hyderabad Region.

Reason of Umar Akmal’s drop is told that he was arrested by locla police during a raid in dance club, where he, former under 19 captain Azeem Ghumman and another Hyderabad Region’s player were arrested.

All three players were released on intervention of high officials.
