ISLAMABAD: Assistant Commissioner of Islamabad on Wednesday sealed kitchen and bakery of five star hotel, The Serena Hotel, over poor hygienic conditions in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Following the path of Punjab Food Authority against adulteration, now administration of Capital city of Pakistan, Islamabad, has taken a charge against substandard food and miserable cleanliness conditions of different hotels and restaurants.
Administration officials raided Serena Hotel and sealed its kitchen and bakery over worst condition of kitchen as few insects were found in there.
Raiding team also found unclean dishes, rotten and unhygienic vegetables and insects from floor sacks and therefore these two sections in Five star hotel of Islamabad.
While talking to media AC said that 1 year old chicken was freezed in the kitchen of the hotel.
Earlier last month, Marriot Hotel was also sealed for the same purpose.
