SRINAGAR: High Court of Occupied Kahmir on Friday has announced a historic verdict that Kashmir cannot be included in India.
According to details,Chief Justice Hassnain Masoodi and Justice Raj Kotwal heared the case and announced the historic decision.
Court also ordered that article 370 of the Kashmiri constitution can never be amended or changed and neither can be cancelled.
It is to be kept in mind that Indian forces have been violating human rights in Indian Occupied Kashmir and believe that it is the part of their territory.
