KANPUR: South Africa has managed to put 303 for loss of 5 wickets while batting first in their 50 overs against India in 1st One Day International match at Kanpur, India.
According to details, South African Skipper AB Devilliers won the toss and chose to bat first. South African openers started the innings very carefully and slowly but the ton by skipper made them to put a huge total on the board.
Ab Devilliers scored 104 for just 76 balls, his innings included 5 boundaries and 6 sky touching sixes, Farhan Behardien also played a vital role towards the end of innings, he scored 35 off just 19 balls.
Umesh Yadav and Amit Mishra took 2 wickets each.
It is to be kept in mind that Indian batting lineup very strong and they are very capable of chasing the target but South African Pace line is very experienced which also has support of spinner Imran Tahir.
