LAHORE: Former Pakistani cricketer Sikandar Bakht has stated that Bilal Asif’s action, despite being reported, cannot be banned from bowling.

While talking to a local TV channel, Sikandar said, in Bilala Asif’s case, ban is a far cry “because he looks clear to me.”

He said if there would be any unusual thing, it should likely to fall within ICC regulations.

Meanwhile, former Test captain Ramiz Raja said Pakistan should revive its bio mechanic labs as soon a possible to test its bowler’s actions before fileding them into international arena.

Earlier, Bilal Asif’s bowling action was reported by ICC match officials after third ODI against Zimbabwe, he took five wicket haul in the game and destroyed Zimbabwean batiing lineup.
