SYDNEY: Australian Cricket Board has cancelled its Bangladesh tour due to security reasons in the visiting country.
According to details, Australia had to play two test matches in its tour to Bangladesh which was supposed to start from October 9.
It is to be kept in mind that Cricket Australia was showing its concerns over tour when UK and US has advised their citizens to limit attendance at events where westerners may gather. also Australian government has refused them to give clearance for the tour due to bad security conditions for foreigners in Bangladesh.
Moreover, a recent killing of Italian citizen in Dhaka had further Shattered the chances of the tour but today Australia has officially announced to cancel its tour to Bangladesh.
Bangladesh Board was very hopeful that Australian team will visit that is the reason why it has announced its team for 1st Test against Australia.
