Pakistan vs Zimbabwe 1st T20 Live Streaming, Match Preview, Expected Lineup

The thrill begins and excitement touches the top as Pakistan reaches Harare to start their tour with the Twenty 20 match against Zimbabwe in its den, the match will be played at the same venue, which is Harare Sports Club, first of which is scheduled on Sunday.

The t20 series will be followed by three one-day internationals at the same venue. The short trip is reciprocation of African nation’s landmark tour of Pakistan in May this year which marked resumption of international in the country after six years.

Just before the series starter, Pakistan had to suffer a blow ahead of series as their all-rounder Anwar Ali has been ruled out due to injury.

The visitors are also without of their vice-captain and wicketkeeper Sarfraz Ahmed, who is in Saudi Arabia for Hajj and will join the squad ahead of ODI series.

Mohammad Rizwan will take charge behind the stumps in T20 series.

Pakistan’s batting order looks strong in presence of experienced campaigners like Ahmed Shehzad, Mohammad Hafeez, Umar Akmal, Shoaib Maqsood, Shoaib Malik and skipper Shahid Afridi himself.

Their pace department also looks formidable, with Mohammad Irfan and Wahab Riaz both making comebacks to the national team.

Uncapped all-rounder Aamer Yamin and fast bowler Imran Khan will be inline to make his international debut for the visiting side.

Zimbabwe, on the other hand, will be looking to exploit the home conditions to register their first-ever T20 win against Pakistan, having lost all seven previous bilateral seven games in the format.

The African side also boasts an experienced batting line thanks to the presence of Chamu Chibhabha, Hamilton Masakadza, Craig Ervine skipper Elton Chigumbura, Sikandar Raza and Sean Williams.

Two uncapped players in home side’s squad are batsman Luke Jongwe and off-spinner John Nyumbu.

Shahid Afridi will lead the Green Shirts while Elton Chigumbura will be its opponent captain.

Despite Pakistani team is playing well in the international arena, coach Waqar Younis has warned his side not to undermine the Zimbabwe side as it is very dangerous side at its soil.

Pakistan will take almost the winning team of Sri Lanka tour to the ground but Anwar Ali will be missing the tour due to injury.

The match will start at 4pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST).

Both teams will play two T20 matches and three one-dayers during the tour.
