PESHAWAR: The owner of pick up used in Base Attack has been arrested from Sadaqabad area of Rahim Yar Khan, TheNewsTribe.com reported.Punjab police arrested the suspect on Saturday.
The vehicle is said to be registered in the name of Asif who is suspect’s brother in law.
The militants drove to PAF camp on two vehicles to carry out the attack.
The arrested owners of the vehicles included Asif and Akmal who are currently being interrogated.
Earlier, 28 suspects including eight Afghans were nabbed on Saturday during search operation in Peshawar post-Badaber airbase attack that left 29 officers martyred while 16 terrorists were also killed.
