LAHORE- Australian right handed batsman Brad Hodge contacted Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to play first edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
According to details, Australian cricketer Brad Hodge officially applied to play Pakistan Super League.
Hodge is presently playing both as a batsman and assistant coach for Adelaide Strikers in Big Bash League (BBL). He has played for Guyana this year in Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
Earlier, twenty 20 International maestro of West Indies Chris Gayle has joined the list of superstars who have given a nod to play next year’s PSL in Doha, Qatar.
“Chriss Gayle has agreed to play the PSL, we have received OK from him earlier today,” said a source.
The source added that PSL management was also in the final stages of reaching an agreement with Sri Lankan superstar Kumar Sangakkara, England’s Kevin Pietersen and Caribbean T20 specialist Chris Gayle.
Moreover, the agency that manages Gayle, one of the most valuable Twenty20 players, confirmed that he had signed the pre-draft agreement on Monday.
