KARACHI: The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee of Pakistan will sit in Karachi on Monday for sighting Zilhaj moon in Pakistan.
According to details, Chairman Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will chair the moon sighting committee and it will be held at the main office of Pakistan Metereological Department (PMD) in Karachi, Pakistan.
Other members of the committee from other provinces and districts will join the meetings of their respective provincial, district moon sighting committees.
The zonal committee of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) would hold its meeting at building of Ministry of Religious Affairs, near General Post Office (GPO), Islamabad.
It is to be kept in mind that Eid al Adha will be celebrated on Thursday (September 24) in Saudi Arabia and all other gulf counties as the Zilhaj moon was not sighted on Sunday in Saudi Arab.
