Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will return to the 9th edition of immensely popular show Big Boss as a host, after tremendous success of his latest movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
At the end of season 8, blockbuster actor had told the channel that he won’t be available to host the next season. As a result, Big boss team held talks with Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh to fill the void left by Dabbang star.
Now, according to latest reports from Indian media, Salman Khan will return to the vibrant Big Boss stage to host season 9.
The new season is expected to start later this year.
“The modalities are fast being worked out. We will start the show as per Salman’s availability of dates,” Bollywood media quoted.
Salman Khan also handed his resignation before the launch of Big Boss season 8. However, the channel lured the iconic celebrity back to show by doubling his salary from Indian Rs 2-3 crore to Rs 5-7 crore per episode.
